Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Organizational Development, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in change management or digital transformation
  • Strong understanding of AI tools and business applications
  • Experience designing training and enablement programs
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Ability to measure and report adoption metrics
