Introduction
Welcome to DeepAstra ("Platform"), operated by DeepAstra LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered and operating in the Sultanate of Oman. By accessing or using our Platform, website at deepastra.ai, APIs, services, or any related products (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use complies with all applicable laws of the Sultanate of Oman, including the Electronic Transactions Law (Royal Decree No. 69/2008) and the Cyber Crime Law (Royal Decree No. 12/2011).

Services Description
DeepAstra provides a sovereign AI infrastructure platform enabling enterprises, governments, and institutions to deploy, govern, and scale large language models (LLMs) securely within their own environments. Our Services include but are not limited to:
- AI model orchestration and deployment
- Data governance and compliance tooling
- Enterprise-grade security infrastructure
- API access and integration services
- Industry-specific AI solutions
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law of the Sultanate of Oman or international law
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
- Transmit malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content through the Services
- Use the Services to generate, store, or distribute content that violates public order, morality, or Omani regulations
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent security measures, authentication systems, or usage limits
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Services without prior written consent
- Use the Services to engage in activities that infringe upon the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights
Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Platform, including software, algorithms, models, designs, trademarks, and documentation, remain the exclusive property of DeepAstra LLC. No license or right is granted except as expressly set forth in these Terms or a separate written agreement.
You retain ownership of your data and content submitted through the Services ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process such content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
Data Sovereignty & Processing
DeepAstra is designed with data sovereignty as a core principle. We process data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law of Oman (Royal Decree No. 6/2022) and applicable regulations issued by the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology (MTCIT).
For enterprise and government clients, data processing locations, residency requirements, and governance controls are defined in your specific service agreement. We do not transfer personal data outside the Sultanate of Oman without appropriate safeguards and consent as required by Omani law.
Service Availability & Modifications
We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where feasible.
Fees & Payment
Certain Services may be subject to fees as outlined in your service agreement or pricing page. All fees are stated in Omani Rial (OMR) or US Dollar (USD) unless otherwise specified. Payments are due in accordance with the applicable invoice terms. Late payments may incur additional charges as permitted under Omani commercial law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Omani law, DeepAstra LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Warranties & Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Omani law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that AI-generated outputs are accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific use.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DeepAstra LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or applicable law, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Muscat, Oman.
For enterprise agreements, disputes may be resolved through arbitration under the rules of the Oman Commercial Arbitration Centre, as mutually agreed in writing.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or via email at least thirty (30) days before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
