Role Highlights

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement AI governance frameworks and ethical guidelines
  • Advise AI teams on fairness, transparency, accountability, and privacy practices
  • Support risk assessments and mitigation planning for AI initiatives
  • Conduct internal training and awareness programs on responsible AI
  • Coordinate with legal, compliance, and audit teams
  • Monitor governance KPIs and risk indicators

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in AI, Data Ethics, Law, or related field
  • Proven expertise in AI governance and regulatory compliance
  • Knowledge of NIST AI RMF, PDPL, and EU AI Act
  • Experience in risk assessment and policy design
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in governance, compliance, or responsible AI roles
